Workshops on mould making and 3D printing are an integral part of the TURBA Factory programme. These are organised by TURBA member Alan Horsley, who has been involved in mould making and casting for over ten years. The technical focus is on teaching mould making techniques and skills related to the technically demanding field of glass casting. The workshops are suitable for both beginners and advanced students and provide an excellent opportunity to explore different materials and the subject of mould making, as well as to broaden one’s understanding of the craft process in general.
