A MONKEY TRICK
took place as an event concept exhibition as part of the HBK master student exhibition BRUT 08/19-09/02/2017 at the Ihme-Zentrum Hannover. In a joint installation, Marlene Bart and Oskar Klinkhammer showed their latest works. Bronze sculptures and videos of melting wax blanks were inserted into the prevailing office architecture. The diametrically opposed positions in terms of content were brought together in a seemingly playful and light way. To lead the viewer into the intended way of thinking, “Heronymuz” generated a psychoactive soundscape especially for this purpose.
